M Vinay Kumar — CEO and Founder of MVK Company— The man who started as an employee in a software company in 2018, but as things turned out, he wasn’t satisfied with his job and wanted to explore more in a creative field and start his own venture. He was always fascinated by branding and digital marketing. He stepped out of his comfort zone and started exploring marketing through some mentors, workshops, and internships. He parallelly sketched a plan and started his own agency. He didn’t have to brainstorm a lot to name his company and took his initials and formed MVK Company. Due to the unique features the company had offered and with a talent pool of creative employees, the company made a good name in the market and started reaping profits. In 5 years, it grew into one of the top start-ups in the country with over 50 Crore of revenue per annum and funding from some of the top companies in India. His company is planning to start a division and enter into the educational sector and sports division.

Well, he didn’t stop his journey there, he always had a flair for writing. He built his brand in social media and grew as one of the top influencers in the educational field and published some of the best sellers in the country. His novels have received immense appreciation even outside the country. He is currently working on his 5th Novel and is planning to release it this year. He stays at a farmhouse in the outskirts of Goa and spends most of his free time experimenting with the new farming techniques that could improve the agriculture outcome.

And, here comes the interesting part- All the employees in his company work remotely and they all go for an adventure trip once every 3 months. He believes “ To run an organization successfully, you need to give freedom to employees, believe in their potential, and appreciate their efforts in every possible way”. His company also believes in “A life without a Cause is a life without an Effect.” To help the underprivileged, they started raising funds and adding a share from the company's profits, and every year they adopt a remote village and turn it into a paradise with all possible facilities- spreading more smiles.

He is also a fitness freak and regularly does yoga, meditation and maintains a healthy lifestyle. He tends to see life as a big, complex puzzle where everything is connected. “Can’t I run my own agency AND be an adventurer who writes songs and cooks? It’s a big world out there — perhaps even a little too big. A small life we have — perhaps a little too small. Just enjoy the little moments and do everything you wanted to do in life”, says MVK as he sets out on another adventure, this time to climb Mt. Everest- perhaps to teach the world out there how to become a top entrepreneur.
